Ingredients:
- 8 oz Triple Cream Brie round
- 7 oz Aged Sharp White Cheddar, cubed
- 5 oz Creamy Goat Cheese log
- 4 oz Gorgonzola wedge
- 4 oz Prosciutto di Parma, thinly sliced
- 5 oz Genoa Salami
- 4 oz Spicy Capicola
- 12 Green Grapes
- 0.5 cup Pomegranate seeds
- 1 cup Fresh Blackberries and Raspberries
- 1 Fresh Pear, sliced
- 150g Assorted Crackers
- 1 small baguette, sliced and toasted
- 0.5 cup Marcona Almonds
- 0.25 cup Fig Jam
- 4 oz Dark Chocolate Truffles
- 6 Large Strawberries dipped in white chocolate
Instructions:
- Anchor the Board: Place small ramekins filled with fig jam, hot honey, and pomegranate seeds on the board first to create visual focal points.
- Position the Cheeses: Place the Brie in the center. Optionally use a star cutter to remove the top layer and fill with jam. Arrange the Cheddar, Goat Cheese, and Gorgonzola in different corners.
- Style the Meats: Create Salami roses using a wine glass rim or fold Prosciutto into loose ribbons. Place near the cheese selections.
- Add Structure with Crackers: Fan out the assorted crackers and baguette slices in S-curves around the meat and cheese clusters.
- Incorporate Good Luck Foods: Group the 12 green grapes together and scatter pomegranate seeds over the goat cheese for symbolic prosperity.
- Fill the Gaps: Tuck in the almonds, fresh berries, and dark chocolate truffles until no white space is visible on the board.
- Final Flourish: Add fresh rosemary sprigs or edible gold leaf to the fruit for a festive aesthetic.
