Ingredients:
- 15 oz (425 g) ricotta cheese
- 2 cups (200 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp (5 g) salt
- ½ tsp (2 g) black pepper
- 3 cups (720 ml) marinara sauce
- 2 cups (200 g) fresh spinach
- 9-12 no-boil lasagna noodles
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined and smooth.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the baking dish. Place a layer of no-boil lasagna noodles on top of the sauce.
- Spread half of the cheese mixture over the noodles, add a layer of spinach, followed by another layer of marinara sauce.
- Repeat the layers (noodles, cheese mixture, spinach, marinara) until you run out of ingredients, finishing with marinara on top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Remove from the fridge, slice, and garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired. Enjoy!
