Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons (30g) ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon (15g) garam masala
- 1 tablespoon (15g) smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon (5g) turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon (5g) ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon (5g) garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon (2g) cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon (5g) salt
- 1 teaspoon (5g) black pepper
Instructions:
- Gather and measure all the spices.
- In a mixing bowl, add ground coriander, ground cumin, garam masala, smoked paprika, turmeric powder, ground ginger, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
- Use a whisk or fork to combine all spices until uniform in color.
- Transfer the spice blend into an airtight glass container.
- Seal the container tightly and label it with the date.
