Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons (30g) ground coriander
  • 2 tablespoons (30g) ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon (15g) garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon (15g) smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon (2g) cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) salt
  • 1 teaspoon (5g) black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Gather and measure all the spices.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add ground coriander, ground cumin, garam masala, smoked paprika, turmeric powder, ground ginger, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Use a whisk or fork to combine all spices until uniform in color.
  4. Transfer the spice blend into an airtight glass container.
  5. Seal the container tightly and label it with the date.
