Ingredients:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 (14.3-ounce) package Oreo cookies, coarsely crushed
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened cream cheese and butter using an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
- Gradually add the milk and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Gradually add the sifted powdered sugar, mixing on low speed until fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth. Be careful not to overmix!
- Gently fold in the coarsely crushed Oreo cookies using a rubber spatula until evenly distributed throughout the dip.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the dip to firm up slightly.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Garnish with extra crushed Oreos, if desired. Serve with your favorite dippers.
