Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 (14.3-ounce) package Oreo cookies, coarsely crushed

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened cream cheese and butter using an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
  2. Gradually add the milk and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Gradually add the sifted powdered sugar, mixing on low speed until fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth. Be careful not to overmix!
  4. Gently fold in the coarsely crushed Oreo cookies using a rubber spatula until evenly distributed throughout the dip.
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the dip to firm up slightly.
  6. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Garnish with extra crushed Oreos, if desired. Serve with your favorite dippers.
