Ingredients:
- 4 ears of corn, shucked and silk removed (approximately 15cm long)
- 4 tablespoons (57g) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon (5g) kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon (2.5g) black pepper, freshly ground
- Optional: 1 tablespoon (15ml) chopped fresh herbs (e.g., parsley, chives, thyme)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup, if desired.
- In a small bowl, combine softened butter, salt, pepper, and optional herbs. Mix well.
- Generously brush or spread the butter mixture evenly over each ear of corn.
- Place the corn on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, turning halfway through. Corn is done when kernels are tender and slightly shriveled.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
