Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Shuck the corn, removing husks and silk.
- In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the butter mixture evenly over each ear of corn.
- Place the corn on a baking sheet (lined with foil for easier cleanup, if desired). Bake for 30 minutes, turning halfway through, until the kernels are tender and slightly browned.
