  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.25ml) black pepper
  • Optional: Fresh herbs (e.g., chives, parsley) for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Shuck the corn, removing husks and silk.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Spread the butter mixture evenly over each ear of corn.
  5. Place the corn on a baking sheet (lined with foil for easier cleanup, if desired). Bake for 30 minutes, turning halfway through, until the kernels are tender and slightly browned.
