Ingredients:
- 1 cup (150g) Frozen Peach Slices
- 1 medium Frozen Banana (peeled and sliced)
- 1 large handful (about 1.5 cups or 45g) Fresh Spinach
- 2 Tablespoons (20g) Hemp Seeds (Hemp Hearts)
- 1/2 cup (120ml) Liquid Base (Milk or Water, start with less)
- 1/4 cup (60g) Plain or Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon (to taste) Honey or Maple Syrup (Optional)
Instructions:
- Add the liquid base (milk/water) to the blender jug first.
- Next, add the spinach, Greek yogurt, and hemp seeds.
- Place the frozen banana slices and frozen peach slices on top of the softer ingredients.
- Secure the lid tightly and begin blending on a low setting, gradually increasing the speed to high until completely smooth.
- If the mixture is too thick and the blades stall, stop the blender, scrape down the sides, and add 1–2 tablespoons of extra liquid only if necessary.
- Taste the smoothie. If desired, add the optional sweetener now and pulse briefly to incorporate.
- Pour into a chilled glass, garnish lightly with extra hemp seeds, and enjoy immediately.
