Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (150g) Frozen Peach Slices
  • 1 medium Frozen Banana (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 large handful (about 1.5 cups or 45g) Fresh Spinach
  • 2 Tablespoons (20g) Hemp Seeds (Hemp Hearts)
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Liquid Base (Milk or Water, start with less)
  • 1/4 cup (60g) Plain or Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon (to taste) Honey or Maple Syrup (Optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add the liquid base (milk/water) to the blender jug first.
  2. Next, add the spinach, Greek yogurt, and hemp seeds.
  3. Place the frozen banana slices and frozen peach slices on top of the softer ingredients.
  4. Secure the lid tightly and begin blending on a low setting, gradually increasing the speed to high until completely smooth.
  5. If the mixture is too thick and the blades stall, stop the blender, scrape down the sides, and add 1–2 tablespoons of extra liquid only if necessary.
  6. Taste the smoothie. If desired, add the optional sweetener now and pulse briefly to incorporate.
  7. Pour into a chilled glass, garnish lightly with extra hemp seeds, and enjoy immediately.
