Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (300g) mixed fresh fruit (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, banana)
  • ½ cup (75g) grape jelly
  • 2 cups (480g) Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 tablespoon (15g) honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • ½ teaspoon (2g) vanilla extract (optional)
  • 4-6 gummy worm candies (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Wash and dry the fruits. Dice larger fruits like strawberries and kiwis into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (if using), and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  3. Spoon a layer of yogurt into the bottom of each serving cup. Add a layer of diced fruits reserved for worms. Optional: Drizzle a teaspoon of grape jelly over the fruit layer.
  4. Arrange the remaining fruit pieces on top of the yogurt mixture to resemble worms. Optionally, place gummy worms on the fruit or within the yogurt for extra fun!
  5. If desired, chill for 10-15 minutes before serving.
  6. Enjoy immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
