Ingredients:

  • 2½ ounces (75 ml) gin
  • ½ ounce (15 ml) dry vermouth
  • ½ ounce (15 ml) olive brine
  • Ice cubes (for chilling)
  • 1-3 green olives (to taste)

Instructions:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker or mixing glass with ice cubes.
  2. Measure and pour the gin, dry vermouth, and olive brine into the shaker.
  3. Stir gently using a bar spoon until well chilled, about 30 seconds.
  4. Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.
  5. Garnish with 1-3 green olives on a cocktail pick.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
