Ingredients:

- 2 tablespoons miso paste (preferably white miso)
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
- 1-2 green onions, finely chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- In a small mixing bowl, add soy sauce, miso paste, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, ginger, and garlic.
- Using a whisk or fork, mix until the ingredients are fully blended and smooth.
- Taste the sauce and adjust the sweetness or acidity as desired, adding more sugar or vinegar if necessary.
- If using, sprinkle sesame seeds on top and garnish with finely chopped green onions.
- Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for later use.
