  • 1/2 oz Coconut Rum (e.g., Malibu)
  • Optional: Whipped cream and green sprinkles for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Chill the ingredients: Place Midori, pineapple juice, and coconut rum in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes for best results.
  2. Pour the Midori: Carefully pour the Midori liqueur into the shot glass.
  3. Layer the Pineapple Juice: Gently pour pineapple juice over the back of a spoon into the shot glass, to create a layer over the Midori.
  4. Layer the Coconut Rum: Gently pour the coconut rum over the back of the spoon into the shot glass, to create the final layer on top of the pineapple juice.
  5. Garnish (Optional): Top with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of green sprinkles.
  6. Serve Immediately: Down the hatch, Scooby style!
