- 2 oz (60 ml) vodka
- 1 oz (30 ml) coffee liqueur (e.g., Kahlúa)
- 1 oz (30 ml) simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- Coffee beans (for garnish)
- Optional: cocoa powder or chocolate shavings
Instructions:
- Brew the espresso and allow it to cool to room temperature.
- Fill the cocktail shaker with ice.
- Pour the cooled espresso into the shaker.
- Add vodka, coffee liqueur, and simple syrup to the shaker.
- Secure the lid and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled and frothy.
- Use a fine mesh strainer to pour the mixture evenly into two chilled martini glasses.
- Garnish with a few coffee beans or a sprinkle of cocoa powder, if desired.
