  • 2 oz (60 ml) vodka
  • 1 oz (30 ml) coffee liqueur (e.g., Kahlúa)
  • 1 oz (30 ml) simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Coffee beans (for garnish)
  • Optional: cocoa powder or chocolate shavings

Instructions:

  1. Brew the espresso and allow it to cool to room temperature.
  2. Fill the cocktail shaker with ice.
  3. Pour the cooled espresso into the shaker.
  4. Add vodka, coffee liqueur, and simple syrup to the shaker.
  5. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled and frothy.
  6. Use a fine mesh strainer to pour the mixture evenly into two chilled martini glasses.
  7. Garnish with a few coffee beans or a sprinkle of cocoa powder, if desired.
