- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt (or fleur de sel)
- ½ cup raw cacao powder (or unsweetened cocoa powder)
- ¼ cup monk fruit sweetener (+ 1 tablespoon, or sweetener of choice)
- ¼ cup stevia (+ 1 tablespoon, or sweetener of choice)
Instructions:
- Gather and measure all ingredients.
- In a small saucepan, whisk together the coconut milk, vanilla extract, salt, cacao powder, monk fruit sweetener, and stevia.
- Place the saucepan over low heat.
- Continue whisking every few seconds while the mixture heats.
- Cook until the mixture starts to slightly boil, then remove from heat.
- Allow the sauce to cool slightly before serving.
