Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt (or fleur de sel)
  • ½ cup raw cacao powder (or unsweetened cocoa powder)
  • ¼ cup monk fruit sweetener (+ 1 tablespoon, or sweetener of choice)
  • ¼ cup stevia (+ 1 tablespoon, or sweetener of choice)

Instructions:

  1. Gather and measure all ingredients.
  2. In a small saucepan, whisk together the coconut milk, vanilla extract, salt, cacao powder, monk fruit sweetener, and stevia.
  3. Place the saucepan over low heat.
  4. Continue whisking every few seconds while the mixture heats.
  5. Cook until the mixture starts to slightly boil, then remove from heat.
  6. Allow the sauce to cool slightly before serving.
