Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (1 stick at room temperature)
  • ¾ cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
  • ¾ cup Swerve confectioners sweetener
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon raw cacao powder (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Soften the butter and cream cheese to room temperature.
  2. In a medium sized bowl, cream the butter and cream cheese using an electric hand mixer.
  3. Add the peanut butter, vanilla, and cacao (if using).
  4. Add the sweetener about ¼ cup at a time.
  5. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  6. It is perfect for frosting or piping and will set up quickly in the fridge.
