Ingredients:
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- ½ cup unsalted butter (1 stick at room temperature)
- ¾ cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
- ¾ cup Swerve confectioners sweetener
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon raw cacao powder (optional)
Instructions:
- Soften the butter and cream cheese to room temperature.
- In a medium sized bowl, cream the butter and cream cheese using an electric hand mixer.
- Add the peanut butter, vanilla, and cacao (if using).
- Add the sweetener about ¼ cup at a time.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- It is perfect for frosting or piping and will set up quickly in the fridge.
