Instructions:

  1. The Layering Logic: Pour your liquid base (milk and vanilla extract) into the blender jar first to ensure a proper vortex and prevent cavitation.
  2. Add the frozen banana coins on top of the liquid. This weights the blades for a faster, more efficient blend.
  3. Start the blender on the lowest speed to break the frozen chunks. Once it reaches a thick gravel consistency, increase to high speed for 30–45 seconds until a smooth vortex forms.
  4. Perform a consistency audit. If too thick, add milk 1 tablespoon at a time; if too thin, add a few more frozen banana coins and flash-blend.
