Ingredients:
- 4 Salmon Fillets (about 6 oz/170g each)
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 2–3 tablespoons Sriracha Hot Sauce (adjust to heat preference)
- 2 tablespoons Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Lime or Lemon Juice
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced finely
- 1/2 teaspoon Fresh Ginger, grated (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Toasted Sesame Seeds (for garnish)
- 2 stalks Scallions, thinly sliced (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Pat the salmon fillets completely dry with paper towels and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, lime/lemon juice, minced garlic, and grated ginger (if using) until the glaze mixture is smooth.
- Place the salmon on the prepared baking sheet. Brush about half of the glaze mixture evenly over the tops of the fillets.
- Bake for 8 minutes.
- Remove the tray from the oven. Brush the remaining glaze generously over the fillets. Return to the oven and bake for another 4–7 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily. Watch carefully to prevent the honey from burning.
- Carefully transfer the cooked salmon to serving plates. Garnish immediately with toasted sesame seeds and sliced scallions before serving.
