Ingredients:
- 2 racks (approx. 3 lbs) Pork Baby Back Ribs
- 1 tbsp Kosher salt
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Remove the silver skin membrane from the bone side of the ribs using a dull knife and paper towel for grip.
- Whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, honey, garlic, ginger, paprika, and pepper in a bowl to create the marinade.
- Season ribs with kosher salt, then place in a large bag or dish and pour the marinade over. Refrigerate for 8 to 24 hours, flipping halfway through.
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Wrap ribs tightly in heavy-duty aluminum foil with 1/4 cup of the marinade inside the pouch.
- Bake on a rimmed baking sheet for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.
- Reduce the remaining marinade in a small saucepan over medium heat until thickened into a glaze. Brush onto ribs and finish under a broiler or grill for 5 minutes until caramelized.
