Ingredients:
- 1 pound (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 8 ounces (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup (240ml) Buffalo wing sauce (Frank's RedHot)
- 1/2 cup (120ml) ranch dressing
- 1 cup (115g) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/4 cup (30g) crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives or green onions, for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, Buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, 3/4 cup of the cheddar cheese, and the blue cheese (if using). Mix until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped chives or green onions.
- Serve immediately with your favourite dippers.
