Ingredients:

  • 1 pound (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 8 ounces (225g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (240ml) Buffalo wing sauce (Frank's RedHot)
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) ranch dressing
  • 1 cup (115g) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/4 cup (30g) crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives or green onions, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, Buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, 3/4 cup of the cheddar cheese, and the blue cheese (if using). Mix until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese over the top.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with chopped chives or green onions.
  7. Serve immediately with your favourite dippers.
