Ingredients:

  • 3 cups Rice Chex cereal (70g/cup)
  • 3 cups Corn Chex cereal (60g/cup)
  • 3 cups Wheat Chex cereal (70g/cup)
  • 1 cup mixed nuts (115g) (e.g., peanuts, almonds, cashews)
  • 1 cup pretzel sticks or mini pretzels (75g)
  • 1 cup bagel chips or rye chips (60g)
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (85g)
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce (45ml)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt (like Lawry's)
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper (if using).
  2. In the large mixing bowl, combine all three Chex cereals, mixed nuts, pretzels, and bagel chips.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Pour the sauce evenly over the cereal mixture. Gently toss to coat thoroughly, ensuring every piece is glistening.
  5. Spread the coated cereal mixture in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes to ensure even toasting and prevent burning. Cereal should be crisp and golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet. Store in an airtight container. Mixture will crisp up more as it cools.
