Ingredients:
- 3 cups Rice Chex cereal (70g/cup)
- 3 cups Corn Chex cereal (60g/cup)
- 3 cups Wheat Chex cereal (70g/cup)
- 1 cup mixed nuts (115g) (e.g., peanuts, almonds, cashews)
- 1 cup pretzel sticks or mini pretzels (75g)
- 1 cup bagel chips or rye chips (60g)
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted (85g)
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce (45ml)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt (like Lawry's)
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper (if using).
- In the large mixing bowl, combine all three Chex cereals, mixed nuts, pretzels, and bagel chips.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Pour the sauce evenly over the cereal mixture. Gently toss to coat thoroughly, ensuring every piece is glistening.
- Spread the coated cereal mixture in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes to ensure even toasting and prevent burning. Cereal should be crisp and golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely on the baking sheet. Store in an airtight container. Mixture will crisp up more as it cools.
