- Increase speed gradually until the mixture forms a 'four-quadrant' swirl, indicating a thick, spoonable consistency.
- Spoon the base into a chilled bowl and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Arrange the low-sugar granola, fresh blueberries, chia seeds, and shredded coconut in rows or circles on top.
