  • 1 tbsp (10g) chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup (40g) fresh blueberries
  • 1 tsp (5g) shredded coconut

Instructions:

  1. Add the unsweetened almond milk, plain Greek yogurt, and frozen mixed berries and banana to the blender in that specific order to help the blades engage.
  2. Add the vanilla protein powder to the blender.
  3. Start the blender on the lowest setting, using the tamper tool to push the frozen fruit down into the blades.
  4. Increase speed gradually until the mixture forms a 'four-quadrant' swirl, indicating a thick, spoonable consistency.
  5. Spoon the base into a chilled bowl and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Arrange the low-sugar granola, fresh blueberries, chia seeds, and shredded coconut in rows or circles on top.
  7. Finish with a drizzle of almond butter for presentation.
