Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups (150g) graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons (25g) granulated sugar
  • 1 (14 ounce / 397g) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup (170g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup (170g) butterscotch chips
  • 1 1/3 cups (115g) shredded coconut
  • 1 cup (100g) chopped walnuts or pecans

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the crust. Repeat with butterscotch chips, coconut, and chopped nuts.
  4. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over all the layers.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until edges are golden brown and the condensed milk is set.
  6. Let cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars. Refrigerate for faster setting.
