Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups (150g) graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons (25g) granulated sugar
- 1 (14 ounce / 397g) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup (170g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup (170g) butterscotch chips
- 1 1/3 cups (115g) shredded coconut
- 1 cup (100g) chopped walnuts or pecans
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking pan with parchment paper.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the crust. Repeat with butterscotch chips, coconut, and chopped nuts.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over all the layers.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until edges are golden brown and the condensed milk is set.
- Let cool completely in the pan before cutting into bars. Refrigerate for faster setting.
