Ingredients:
- 1 large French Baguette
- 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic, peeled and halved
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 4 oz Full-fat Cream cheese, softened
- 4 oz Feta cheese, crumbled
- 12 oz Jarred roasted red peppers, drained and patted dry
- 1 tbsp Fresh Basil, chiffonade
- 1 tsp Balsamic Glaze
- 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F. Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick rounds on a slight diagonal.
- Brush both sides of each slice with the Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
- Sprinkle the Dried Oregano evenly over the oiled bread.
- Bake for 8 minutes until the edges are golden and the center feels firm.
- Rub the cut side of the Garlic clove over the top of each warm slice.
- Whip the softened Cream cheese and Feta together in a bowl until smooth.
- Fold in the Smoked Paprika, Salt, and Black Pepper into the cheese mixture.
- Chop the drained Roasted Red Peppers into small, uniform bite-sized pieces.
- Assemble by spreading a generous dollop of cheese on the bread, topping with peppers, basil, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
