Ingredients:

  • 1 large French Baguette
  • 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, peeled and halved
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 4 oz Full-fat Cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 12 oz Jarred roasted red peppers, drained and patted dry
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Basil, chiffonade
  • 1 tsp Balsamic Glaze
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Cracked Black Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Slice the baguette into 1/2-inch thick rounds on a slight diagonal.
  2. Brush both sides of each slice with the Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
  3. Sprinkle the Dried Oregano evenly over the oiled bread.
  4. Bake for 8 minutes until the edges are golden and the center feels firm.
  5. Rub the cut side of the Garlic clove over the top of each warm slice.
  6. Whip the softened Cream cheese and Feta together in a bowl until smooth.
  7. Fold in the Smoked Paprika, Salt, and Black Pepper into the cheese mixture.
  8. Chop the drained Roasted Red Peppers into small, uniform bite-sized pieces.
  9. Assemble by spreading a generous dollop of cheese on the bread, topping with peppers, basil, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
