Ingredients:
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the drained chickpeas dry with a kitchen towel.
- Combine chickpeas with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, ground cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Toss to coat.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the chickpeas in a single layer.
- Roast for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from oven, cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
