Ingredients:

  • 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the drained chickpeas dry with a kitchen towel.
  2. Combine chickpeas with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, ground cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl. Toss to coat.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the chickpeas in a single layer.
  4. Roast for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through.
  5. Remove from oven, cool slightly, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
