Ingredients:
- 1 cup (150g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup (240ml) full-fat coconut milk or any non-dairy milk
- 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons (30g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup (120ml) whipped cream (or non-dairy whipped topping)
- Cocoa powder or chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions:
- In a medium saucepan, combine semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut milk over low heat.
- Stir continuously until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and whisk in granulated sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract until fully integrated.
- Allow the chocolate mixture to cool slightly at room temperature for about 5 minutes.
- Divide the mixture evenly among serving cups or bowls.
- Place the cups in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes to set and chill.
- Top with whipped cream and garnish with cocoa powder or chocolate shavings if desired, then serve chilled.
