Instructions:
- Add ricotta cheese, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and maple syrup (if making sweet) to the food processor.
- Process the mixture until its smooth and silky, approximately 45-60 seconds.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Drizzle with additional sugar-free honey or maple syrup (if desired) and add your choice of toppings.
- Serve immediately with fresh vegetables, crackers, or toasted bread.
