Ingredients:
- 1 (14 ounce) can Sweetened Condensed Milk (397g)
- 1 (16 ounce) jar Creamy Peanut Butter (454g)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (5ml)
Instructions:
- Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil, leaving an overhang on two sides for easy removal.
- In a microwave-safe bowl or the top of a double boiler, combine the sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter.
- Microwave: Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each interval, until the peanut butter is melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Double Boiler: Heat over simmering water, stirring constantly until smooth and melted.
- Stir in the vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until completely firm.
- Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares and serve.
