Ingredients:

  • 1 (14 ounce) can Sweetened Condensed Milk (397g)
  • 1 (16 ounce) jar Creamy Peanut Butter (454g)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (5ml)

Instructions:

  1. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil, leaving an overhang on two sides for easy removal.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl or the top of a double boiler, combine the sweetened condensed milk and peanut butter.
  3. Microwave: Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each interval, until the peanut butter is melted and the mixture is smooth.
  4. Double Boiler: Heat over simmering water, stirring constantly until smooth and melted.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract until well combined.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  7. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until completely firm.
  8. Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into squares and serve.
