Ingredients:
- 2 cups (480 ml) water
- 2 teaspoons loose Earl Grey tea leaves or 2 tea bags
- 1-2 tablespoons honey or sugar, to taste (optional)
- 2 slices of lemon (optional)
- Milk or cream, to taste (optional)
Instructions:
- In a kettle or saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
- Remove the water from heat and add the Earl Grey tea leaves or tea bags. Let steep for 3-5 minutes according to taste preference.
- If using loose tea, strain the brewed tea into a teapot or cups. If using tea bags, simply remove them.
- Stir in honey or sugar if sweetening is preferred. Add milk or cream to taste, if desired.
- Add lemon slices for a refreshing twist.
