Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups granulated sugar
  • 0.67 cup NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1.5 cups NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions:

  1. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an inch of overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  2. In a heavy-duty 2-quart saucepan, combine the sugar, evaporated milk, butter, and salt.
  3. Bring the mixture to a full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
  4. Once a rolling boil is reached, boil for exactly 5 minutes while stirring vigorously and constantly.
  5. Remove the saucepan from the heat. Immediately stir in the miniature marshmallows, chocolate morsels, vanilla extract, and chopped nuts.
  6. Stir vigorously until the marshmallows and chocolate are completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
  7. Pour the fudge into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Allow to set at room temperature for at least 2 hours before lifting from the pan and slicing into 48 squares.
