Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups granulated sugar
- 0.67 cup NESTLÉ® CARNATION® Evaporated Milk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 0.25 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1.5 cups NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 0.5 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
- Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an inch of overhang on the sides for easy removal.
- In a heavy-duty 2-quart saucepan, combine the sugar, evaporated milk, butter, and salt.
- Bring the mixture to a full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.
- Once a rolling boil is reached, boil for exactly 5 minutes while stirring vigorously and constantly.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat. Immediately stir in the miniature marshmallows, chocolate morsels, vanilla extract, and chopped nuts.
- Stir vigorously until the marshmallows and chocolate are completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Pour the fudge into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Allow to set at room temperature for at least 2 hours before lifting from the pan and slicing into 48 squares.
