Ingredients:
- 2 cups Premium Gin or Vodka
- 3 cups 100% Pomegranate juice, unsweetened
- 1/2 cup Freshly squeezed lime juice
- 3/4 cup Ginger simple syrup
- 2 cups Chilled Sparkling Water
- 750 ml Chilled Brut Champagne or Dry Prosecco
- 1 cup Fresh pomegranate arils
- 12 sprigs Fresh rosemary
- 2 Limes, thinly sliced into wheels
Instructions:
- In a large punch bowl, combine the gin (or vodka), pomegranate juice, lime juice, and ginger syrup. Add three sprigs of fresh rosemary and use the back of a spoon to lightly press them against the side of the bowl to release essential oils.
- Slowly pour in the chilled sparkling water. Stir gently in a circular motion to avoid losing carbonation. Add half of the pomegranate arils and half of the lime wheels to the base.
- Just before serving, tilt the bowl slightly and slowly pour the chilled Champagne down the side to preserve the bubbles. Give one final, very slow fold with the spoon. Garnish individual glasses with the remaining pomegranate arils, lime wheels, and a fresh rosemary sprig.
