- 1 ½ teaspoons (7g) salt
- 1 tablespoon (12g) sugar
- 1 tablespoon (14g) olive oil
- 1 ½ teaspoons (7g) active dry yeast

- Divide in half for two pizzas or shape into one large pizza.
- Roll out each portion into your desired thickness.
- Pre-bake the crust for 5 minutes at 450°F (230°C) for extra crispiness (optional).

- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, slice, and enjoy!
