Ingredients:

  • 12 oz semi-sweet dark chocolate chips (60% cocoa or higher)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 4 oz white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp blue and white Hanukkah sprinkle mix
  • 1 tsp flaky sea salt
  • 1 tbsp silver sanding sugar

Instructions:

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate with the coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. In a separate bowl, melt the white chocolate and stir in the vanilla extract.
  2. Pour the dark chocolate onto the parchment paper and spread into an even rectangle about 1/4 inch thick. Drop spoonfuls of melted white chocolate over the base and use a toothpick to swirl them together in a figure-eight motion.
  3. Immediately top with blue sprinkles, flaky sea salt, and silver sanding sugar. Refrigerate for at least 60 minutes until firm, then break into irregular shards by hand or with a knife.
