Ingredients:
- 12 oz semi-sweet dark chocolate chips (60% cocoa or higher)
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 4 oz white chocolate chips
- 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp blue and white Hanukkah sprinkle mix
- 1 tsp flaky sea salt
- 1 tbsp silver sanding sugar
Instructions:
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate with the coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. In a separate bowl, melt the white chocolate and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour the dark chocolate onto the parchment paper and spread into an even rectangle about 1/4 inch thick. Drop spoonfuls of melted white chocolate over the base and use a toothpick to swirl them together in a figure-eight motion.
- Immediately top with blue sprinkles, flaky sea salt, and silver sanding sugar. Refrigerate for at least 60 minutes until firm, then break into irregular shards by hand or with a knife.
