Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour (unbleached preferred)
  • 2 tablespoons (14g) cornstarch (cornflour in the UK!)

Instructions:

  1. Measure out 1 cup of all-purpose flour into a bowl.
  2. Remove 2 tablespoons of the all-purpose flour from the cup, returning it to the flour container.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of cornstarch to the bowl.
  4. Whisk together thoroughly until the cornstarch is evenly distributed throughout the flour. Be sure that it is completely combined!
