Ingredients:

  • 1.5 lbs cooked chicken, shredded
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (Frank's RedHot)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter, unsalted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • Chopped green onions (optional)
  • A drizzle of buffalo wing sauce (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease the baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing, buffalo wing sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until everything is thoroughly combined.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese evenly over the chicken mixture, followed by the crumbled blue cheese (if using).
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped green onions and a drizzle of buffalo wing sauce (if desired). Serve immediately with your favorite dippers.
