Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (Frank's RedHot)
- 1/4 cup melted butter, unsalted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- Chopped green onions (optional)
- A drizzle of buffalo wing sauce (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease the baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing, buffalo wing sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until everything is thoroughly combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle the cheddar cheese evenly over the chicken mixture, followed by the crumbled blue cheese (if using).
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and lightly golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped green onions and a drizzle of buffalo wing sauce (if desired). Serve immediately with your favorite dippers.
