Ingredients:

  • 16 oz (450 g) white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
  • 2 cups (200 g) graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup (150 g) mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup (140 g) mixed nuts, roughly chopped
  • ½ cup (90 g) dried cherries or cranberries (optional)
  • Additional white chocolate for drizzling (optional)
  • Extra mini marshmallows & nuts for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Place white chocolate and heavy cream in a double boiler or microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Heat gently until melted, stirring until smooth.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs.
  4. Pour melted chocolate mixture over crumbs and stir to combine.
  5. Fold in mini marshmallows, chopped nuts, and dried cherries (if using).
  6. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking pan.
  7. Press down firmly and evenly distribute.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until set.
  9. Once set, remove from the pan and cut into squares.
  10. Drizzle with melted white chocolate and garnish with additional marshmallows and nuts if desired.
