Ingredients:
- 16 oz (450 g) white chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
- 2 cups (200 g) graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup (150 g) mini marshmallows
- 1 cup (140 g) mixed nuts, roughly chopped
- ½ cup (90 g) dried cherries or cranberries (optional)
- Additional white chocolate for drizzling (optional)
- Extra mini marshmallows & nuts for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Place white chocolate and heavy cream in a double boiler or microwave-safe bowl.
- Heat gently until melted, stirring until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs.
- Pour melted chocolate mixture over crumbs and stir to combine.
- Fold in mini marshmallows, chopped nuts, and dried cherries (if using).
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking pan.
- Press down firmly and evenly distribute.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until set.
- Once set, remove from the pan and cut into squares.
- Drizzle with melted white chocolate and garnish with additional marshmallows and nuts if desired.
