Ingredients:
- 4 ears of corn, in their husks (if possible)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened (28g)
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Optional: Herbs like thyme or rosemary, finely chopped (1 teaspoon, roughly 1g)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Gently pull back the husks, remove the silk, and smooth the husks back around the corn.
- Spread softened butter evenly over the corn kernels. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and optional herbs.
- For extra moisture, wrap each cob in foil. If keeping the husks wraped as shown above no need for aluminum foil.
- Place corn on the baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, or until kernels are tender.
- Carefully remove corn from the oven (husks will be hot!). Let cool slightly before serving.
