Ingredients:
- 1 Can (8-count, approximately 227g) Refrigerated Flaky Biscuit Dough
- 55g (4 tbsp) Unsalted Butter, melted
- 100g (1/2 cup) Granulated Sugar
- 10g (2 tsp) Ground Cinnamon
Instructions:
- Open the biscuit can. Using a small cutter or bottle cap, carefully cut a hole out of the center of each biscuit to form the donut shape. Reserve the small center pieces (donut holes).
- Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 3 minutes. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Arrange the donut rings in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they do not overlap. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side, flipping once, until puffed and golden brown. Immediately repeat with the remaining donuts and the donut holes (which may need less time).
- While the donuts are cooking, melt the butter in one shallow bowl. In a second shallow bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar and cinnamon.
- As soon as the donuts come out of the air fryer, use tongs to quickly dip or brush the melted butter onto all surfaces.
- Immediately transfer the buttered donut to the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Toss or roll until fully coated. Serve immediately while warm.
