Ingredients:

  • 1 (6 ounce) package strawberry flavored gelatin dessert (Jell-O), (170g)
  • 2 cups boiling water (475ml)
  • 1 cup cold water (235ml)
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced (about 2 cups), (450g)
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened (225g)
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (397g)
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed (Cool Whip), (225g)

Instructions:

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cold water.
  2. Gently fold in sliced strawberries.
  3. Pour into Jello mold or bundt pan. Refrigerate until partially set (about 1 hour).
  4. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
  6. Gently fold in thawed whipped topping.
  7. Pour the creamy mixture over the partially set strawberry Jello layer.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or preferably overnight, until completely set.
  9. Dip the mold briefly in warm water (a few seconds). Invert onto a serving plate. Gently shake to release.
