Ingredients:
- 1 (6 ounce) package strawberry flavored gelatin dessert (Jell-O), (170g)
- 2 cups boiling water (475ml)
- 1 cup cold water (235ml)
- 1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced (about 2 cups), (450g)
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened (225g)
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (397g)
- 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed (Cool Whip), (225g)
Instructions:
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cold water.
- Gently fold in sliced strawberries.
- Pour into Jello mold or bundt pan. Refrigerate until partially set (about 1 hour).
- Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
- Gently fold in thawed whipped topping.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the partially set strawberry Jello layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or preferably overnight, until completely set.
- Dip the mold briefly in warm water (a few seconds). Invert onto a serving plate. Gently shake to release.
